Where Shape and Colour Come Togheter

The exhibition "Pietro Scampini + Ndebele - Where Shape and Colour Come Togheter" was held at the Gallery of the Credito Valtellinese Group, Refettorio delle Stelline, in Milan from 4th March to 30th April 2005. Seventy works of art were exhibited displaying the reciprocal influence between the Italian sculpture Pietro Scampini and the South African Ndebele tribe; a cultural exchange strongly believed in to create the dialogue between the western abstraction and symbolic tribal decoration.
