Within the events associated with the World Cycling Championship organized in Varese September 2008, Pietro Scampini imagined and thus created a series of moulds in chalk that produced the actual hands of World Champion or Olimpians in their various disciplines. These creations were exposed to the public at the Expo Village located in Repubblica Square.
